Wooden knives Sheath or as known as "Saya" in Japan. We strongly recommend to customers who often carry knives to purchase Saya covers to prevent damages on knives during transport in a bag.
Walnut wood is a commonly used for Saya cover, because the material is more durable compared to regular magnolia wood.
The Saya cover comes with a Saya pin which is very useful to keep the knife in placed.
