The Noseto Neno 240mm is a high-performance gyuto crafted from 3-layer clad steel with a 10Cr core, delivering excellent sharpness, strength, and edge retention. Longer than the 210mm version, this 240mm blade offers more cutting power, more reach, and smoother slicing for larger ingredients, making it ideal for professional kitchens or cooks who prefer a longer gyuto.
10Cr Carbon Steel Core
The cutting core is hardened to 60–62 HRC, offering long-lasting sharpness and superior edge retention. The 15° cutting edge ensures clean, precise cuts with minimal resistance, allowing effortless slicing of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit.
Refined and Polished Blade Finish
