The Noseto Kaze Santoku 180mm is a handcrafted all-purpose kitchen knife made from 67-layer VG10 Damascus steel. Designed for versatility, it combines power, balance, and control in a compact size, making it ideal for daily prep work across a wide range of ingredients.

Purpose-Built for Everyday Kitchen Versatility
This Santoku excels at slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables, meats, and fish with ease. Its shorter blade length offers better control and maneuverability, especially useful in home kitchens or smaller prep spaces. With a flatter belly profile and a slightly curved tip, it supports both push-cutting and light rocking motions, making it perfect for general-purpose tasks.

Forged Damascus & Water Grinding
The blade features an intricate Damascus ripple pattern, forged by layering 67 sheets of high-quality steel. The edge is sharpened using traditional water grinding, ensuring a razor-sharp finish capable of precision cuts and minimal resistance.

Rounded Spine & Tapered Design
With a 2.5mm spine that’s gently rounded, the knife feels smooth and balanced in the hand. The distal taper design ensures fine cutting performance while maintaining strength and stability.

Ebony & Buffalo Horn Handle
The handle is crafted from solid ebony wood and paired with a polished buffalo horn ferrule. Ergonomically shaped for a natural grip, it offers excellent comfort and control during extended use.
