The Noseto Kaze Nakiri 180mm is a specialist vegetable knife crafted from 67-layer VG10 Damascus steel. Designed for precise and effortless chopping, slicing, and dicing of vegetables and herbs, it is the perfect tool for chefs and home cooks who value accuracy and control.

Purpose-Built for Vegetable Preparation
The straight, flat blade of the Nakiri enables clean, even cuts straight down without rocking, making it ideal for slicing vegetables thinly and evenly. Its sharp edge glides through produce with minimal effort, preserving texture and freshness.

Forged Damascus & Water Grinding
Each blade is forged from 67 layers of VG10 Damascus steel and sharpened with traditional water grinding techniques. The razor-sharp edge ensures smooth cutting and excellent edge retention for consistent performance.

Rounded Spine & Distal Taper
With a 2.5mm spine and gently rounded top edge, the blade offers comfort and control during repetitive chopping motions. The distal taper enhances balance and precision while maintaining blade strength.

Ebony & Buffalo Horn Handle
The handle is made from rich ebony wood with a buffalo horn ferrule, offering an elegant look and a secure, ergonomic grip that reduces fatigue during extended use.
