The Noseto Kaze 210mm Kiritsuke is a visually striking and high-performing double bevel knife forged with 67-layer Damascus steel over a VG10 core. Hardened to 60±2 HRC and sharpened by hand using water grinding, this blade offers exceptional sharpness and control, suitable for both home chefs and professionals.
