The Noseto GAIJIN 180mm Nakiri is a precision-forged vegetable knife crafted from 3-layer VG-10 stainless steel in a traditional Sanmai construction. With a hardness of 60±2 HRC and a finely honed 12–15° edge, it offers exceptional sharpness and control for clean, effortless cuts through all types of vegetables.

Distal Taper & Forged Texture.
Expertly ground with a distal taper, the blade gradually thins from spine to edge and heel to tip, improving balance, speed, and manoeuvrability. Each blade features its own unique forging marks, making every knife a one-of-a-kind piece of craftsmanship.

Original Forgo Black Finish.
The matte Forgo Black finish boosts durability while giving the blade a distinctive, bold appearance. The forged texture also helps reduce friction during cutting and adds grip while in use.

Elegant & Durable Handle.
The handle is made from rich ebony wood with a natural buffalo horn ferrule. It’s ergonomically shaped for comfort and stability, even during extended use.
